Uncle Baidu told me that to deal with this “can’t play a pirated copy” problem, the world came up with something called an “anti-riot patch.” So I roamed the jianghu and found the anti-riot patch for Battle for Middle-earth 1 over on Youxia, but I could never track down the one for Battle for Middle-earth 2 — dead links everywhere. Has the Battle for Middle-earth 2 anti-riot patch become the legendary “lost treasure”?! Just as I’d given up and was about to uninstall Battle for Middle-earth 2, the webmaster of Aishang Games sent me the “Battle for Middle-earth 2 anti-riot patch” he’d saved N years ago~ Oh yeah.
